Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To start a return
Email us at petrovault.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back before contacting us — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Return requirements
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Inspect your order upon delivery. If something’s wrong, contact us immediately at petrovault.pk@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Perishable goods: food, flowers, plants
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Personal care goods: beauty, hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Standard return requirements above still apply.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
